Being a life long learner and to be able to achieve some stage, obviously is not a facile path. This passage continuously demands willingness, sacrifices, over timing, focus, and long term commitment. A person needs to bear arduous challenges to change his mindset from laziness to stride up. There is a famous saying that “No pain, no gain”. Means a person can not achieve if he does not want from his inside.

Some people complain that they are too much lazy. They are well aware with the reality that they need to be active for their goals but still they feel uncomfortable in changing. It is a truth that adopting the change is never easy but when change is crucial then several guidelines can be followed to have some comfort. These are the 5 popular tips named as “Amal tips or Amal Totkay”. These can be explained in detail as presented in following:

  1. Self-Reflection or developing a Growth Mindset: Practicing the self reflection on daily basis is important to develop a growth mindset. A person, if wants to excel, he always is in a desire to grow his capabilities and mindset. A growth mindset enables an individual to become a life long learner.

2. Creating new habits: Accepting new challenges sharps a person for dealing with situations in a better way. One needs to adopt new and positive things that can help him in becoming used to for change.

3. Getting out of your comfort zone: Usually, it is said that only 3 weeks are required to develop a new habit. But if someone is already in his comfort zone then he would need long time to adopt some changes. Coming out of the comfort zone always makes one enable to utilize his full potential which can not be attained while enjoying comfort.
