Taking Flight
Well, finally we took our flight for future last weekend from the Amal city. That session was quite different from earlier regular ones. It was more likely an emotional session. We had a chance to know something more about the lovely Amal fellows.
I especially enjoyed sharing my opinions in an open talk with the fellows. Although this session was not much focused on a specific topic from work point of view but since it dealt with strengthening our networking emotionally therefore, I personally feel that this session was worth precious. Sometimes, it happens that you do remember other people by some unique ways of expressing their feelings. Same thing we all experienced in the last fellowship session. It was like using your emotional intelligence to enhance your network.
I thoroughly learnt new things and knew about the special past experiences of my batch fellows. And I am looking forward to remaining in contact with my lovely Amal family. I am aware about the fact that networking is all about keeping in touch. Networking not just involves work related discussion instead it is an opportunity to use your emotional intelligence in a positive manner. I would be trying to remain active and engaging in our batch’s discussion social media groups.
At the end, I am grateful to the Amal for providing such great things to us. I never knew numerous things before this fellowship. I came up with a proper method to write a #SuperpartnerCoverletter, interview tips, resume writing and the list goes on further. Surely, I am going to implement all these things in my future for my career growth. This fellowship has brought a significant difference in my way of thinking and struggling for the betterment of my career.
